EMORY is pleasantly situated on tho right bank of the Fraser Rivor, at the unobstructed Head of Navigation, tho Terminus and Initial Point of Construction of the Canada Pacific Railway in British Columbia.

EMORY is tho natural and inevitable entrepot and outlet for the Mineral, Agricultural, Pastoral and other Resources of the vast interior, and as tho Main Station on this side of the Rocky Mountains -with tho consequent Round-Houses, Machine Shops, Work Shops and Workman's Dwellings, it cannot fail to become one of tho most important and prosperous Cities on tho PACIFIC SLOPE, whilo tho large influx of Population and tho sudden growth of industry incidental to vigorous Railway Construction must insure its becoming tho Great Centre of the Commerce and Carrying Trade of British Columbia.

Tho CITY OF EMORY has beon admirably laid out, noarly all tho Lots having a Doublo Frontage, and tho Main Streets carrying a uniform width of Sixty-Six Feet throughout.

The circumstance of tho Railway Contractors being tho principal owners of tho Townsite will bo a sufficient guarantee for tho interests of Emory being woll cared for.

Capt. Irving dosires us to state that ho is now proparing for tho immediate construction of WHARF and WAREHOUSE accommodation at tho City of Emory to meet tho requirements of tho immonso traffic certain to concontrato there next season.

Mr. Charles Morton is perfecting arrangements and will ostablish tho

Early next Spring as a first-class Hotel, to meet the requirements of Trado consequent upon the commencement of vigorous Railyay Construction.

MAPS of tho City of Emory havo been carefully prepared and are now ready for FREE distribution, and evory facility will bo given intending purchasero for obtaining the fullest information.

TERMS—One-half of the purchaso-money to bo paid down in cash; tho balance in sixty days by approved endorsed notes, boaring interest at tho rate of 8 per cent, per annum
